Professionalism and Experience
Owner Kody Aldrich has over 22 years of training and coaching experience which includes 14 years of management and executive experience. Kody has a bachelor's and master's degree from Boise State University and is currently a graduate student in the Clinical Mental Health program at Midwestern State University. Kody is a graduate of the FBI National Academy and is a certified fitness instructor and life coach.
Goal
Have clients understand the importance of implementing health and wellness practices, recognize the challenges associated with achieving wellness, and be able to implement healthy living practices along with relaxation techniques.
